  1. ability to highlight another provider on the schedule

    when looking for trades it is very useful to highlight 2 providers on the assignment page

  2. I suggest providers be permitted to delete or alter (on-intrigma) previously chosen assignments.

    It would be helpful to delete or alter shifts if one must start late or unable to complete an assignment due to personal and professional events that arise.

  3. SINGLE PROVIDER VIEW

    on a completed assignments page there should be a toggle to show only an individual provider, I dont need to see all 450 shifts for the month, sometimes I want to see all for a trade but usually I just need to see my own

    REQUEST ON, and then choose the shift that is preferred that day

  5. Start Screen needs to start on TODAY'S DATE (not the start of the Quarter)

    1. Start Screen needs to start with the Current Date, not the Current Quarter. Right now, when I start up intrigma, unless it's the start of the quarter, I have to scroll down to find the current day. This is annoying and should be easily fixed with a software patch.

  6. Direct Dial within the App!

    1. Dial on call providers from inside the Intrigma app - this would be helpful as it removes the need to memorize a number or try to highlight and copy paste a number to the phone app

  7. Need access to ALL other specialties in my Health System - don't restrict!

    1. Need access to see all specialties. For example, I need to find out who the Cardiologist is on call. Going through the Legacy firewall on a laptop or desktop just to find this information is a huge pain and delays care. Sometimes we need to look up multiple consultants. There is no reason we should not be able to access all the call schedules on Intrigma, including who the residents on call are.

  8. Admin functions from iPhone or mobile device

    1. Access to Administrative functions from iPhone would be great.

    Sometimes we are in a hurry such as being called in for an urgent patient issue and/or it's a quick change in the schedule. Either way, being able to make changes from a phone would be extremely helpful

  9. submitted request and assignments on the same calendar

    Im always looking for extra shifts, but I randomly use pto. Sometimes I forget that I saved a day for pto when agreeing to a shift. Show your request on the assignments tab. When your looking at your schedule it will remaind you that you requested off.

  10. Month display format

    Please please please allow us to set the first day of the week display format in month view!!! I do not understand how you can not allow for this. Most calendars start with Sun, but not yours! WHY!!???

    there shouls be options to either display calendar Sunday to Saturday OR Monday to Sunday. I have ot been able to get used to the week starting on Monday.

  15. Make a way to be able to save a copy to the computer

    Would be great to have a way to save it to my computer as a WORD document so that I can easily email it to my providers

  18. Sync calendar for the year, rather than having to manually sync each month or block at a time.

    Perhaps allowing a synced calendar to refresh when a new time period is published would be nice.
