Add month to Intrigma.com calendar request page
Add the month to each day (i.e. May 5, May 6 rather than just 5, 6) to EACH day on the calendar request page. We do our schedule 3 months at a time and docs are requesting days in the wrong months because the month only shows on the first day of the month.

Improve daily calendar and paging view
The color that is used to highlight who is working is very faint and hard to see depending on browser and computer. And in some cases, the color overlying the docs who are working actually dithers them making it look like they are unavailable and paradoxically highlights in white the docs who aren’t working and makes it look like that person is on rather than off. Is there another way to either better delineate the workers from those off. Perhaps dimming out the docs who are off or bolding the docs who are on? Or adding a legend to the…

Add a comment field to the calendar view to show holidays, meetings etc.
Perhaps add the ability to add a dummy shift that has an editable comment field that shows on the printed and displayed calendar

Count and color coded
Would be nice if all individuals were assigned a different color and if there was count of assigned days next to their names in the scheduling a shift portion.

Being able to make a note on a given day would be helpful
Some days need to be unstaffed by some people, and being able to add a note like "Wilderness Medicine Day" or "Difficult Airway Course" would be nice

Change log
For admin use. I looked around and don't see a change log in the admin interface. It would be very useful to see changes made to a schedule that has been published and who executed the change.

Color coding
Can color coding be added? A large number of shifts can look congested and this would alleviate some eye strain.
11 votesHistorically, in our experience, this has been a polarizing feature request: some like it, and others think it make the schedule view too busy (a “color circus”, as one user put it). We’re certainly willing to entertain it if there is enough interest in it.

Allow entering of details and comments for individual shifts
I have been using the scheduler to schedule pediatric residents into various clinics during a 1-month outpatient rotation. Many of the clinics have different physical locations or Zoom links (for telehealth clinics), and it would be nice to specify the locations or other pertinent details for each clinic "shift." It would be most useful to have a specific field for "location" and another for "notes/comments" that could translate into their respective outlook calendar fields as well.

Free edition: Option to show the total number of shifts (and shifts in various groups) each provider is working
I have 10 consultant I want to see how many total shift they work after I finish the schedule & how many he worked in are 1 and 2
9 votesThanks for the suggestion. We’re always looking to improve the free edition of Intrigma Scheduler and will consider this for a future release.
In the meantime, this functionality is available in both our Standard and Professional editions.

Signing up
When staff signs up their requests should automatically show up on calendar in a different color. Once approve color would change. Extremely helpful for self scheduling.

an easy way to tell if the shift is just "up for grabs" or the person REALLY needs the day off.

Weekly schedule view
Is it possible to have a weekly view? The monthly view can get congested with a large number of shifts and names. Our group uses a weekly schedule.
8 votesAre you saying that you create and publish the schedule in one week increments? Or that you publish it in monthly increments but want to view a single week at a time?

Please include a option to view monthly and annual hour totals.
Hour tallies broken up annually, by month, weekends, nights, etc. would be incredibly helpful.
