add arrow to move forward or backward one month
Please add arrows to move forward or backward one month instead of having to use the drop down menu for month. These arrows can be on either side of the month drop down menu. Would save several clicks to change the month.

Open up more shifts to sign up for
Open up 2-4h shift times each day to account for Providers that can only do a few hours each day. I am a Pediatric Telehealth Provider that can do only 2-4h shifts on most days.

How can I change a specific person's end time without adding a separate shift? For example: I have a shift form 11-7, however someone on that shift is only working 11-6.

Allow entering of details and comments for individual shifts
I have been using the scheduler to schedule pediatric residents into various clinics during a 1-month outpatient rotation. Many of the clinics have different physical locations or Zoom links (for telehealth clinics), and it would be nice to specify the locations or other pertinent details for each clinic "shift." It would be most useful to have a specific field for "location" and another for "notes/comments" that could translate into their respective outlook calendar fields as well.

Have an option to change the Start Day of the week
I see an idea already exists to put weekend days together. It received 7 votes and, I assume, caused a change in the monthly calendar. That is not how my brain works. To me, the week is Sunday through Saturday. Why not have an option to customize the start day of the week? Right now, the Daily calendar starts on Sunday and the Monthly calendar starts on Monday. Either make both customizable or at the very least, make them consistent with each other.

Enter schedule in blocks, not each day individually.

To have the option to print out the calendar by individual day. That way you can use them as assignment sheets for patients on the unit.
Assignment sheets are necessary for units to have. That way everyone knows which nurse, MDs, and etc. have which patients. This is also a requirement by our state board.

allow option to deselect ALL from a group, so it will be easier to select one when only one location search is desired

Please include a option to view monthly and annual hour totals.
Hour tallies broken up annually, by month, weekends, nights, etc. would be incredibly helpful.

Phone numbers for providers
Today I would like to text providers who should be in clinic by now...never know he may not realize the time; however, no number. I would rather do this then notify Medical Director

More Informative Subject Lines
Add to the subject line of shift change notifcation emails some text that indicates "Declined," "Canceled," "Accepted." Preferablly right at the beginning of the subject line, so we can tell what this email is from the subject line. Often get dozens of emails saying a shift swap request was cancelled or declined. Need to delete these without opening each one. Thanks.

No swap declined emails.
Have an option to not receive emails for declined shift change/swap requests. Currently, can get 60 emails saying swap declined.

Group Physicians by subspecialties.
If under the user section, I could group or assign each physician to a category, that would be very useful in making the schedule. This is because not all our shifts can be done my all the radiologist. So if I could label users under an Interventionalist or other fields I could prescribe, that would be very useful.

Would like to be able to use this calendar also to enter other personal appointments - rather than downloading to other calendars
As my work schedule is my "boss," I refer to Intrigma first when some event or appointment is proposed to me. I understand that I can download the intrigma schedule into other electronic calendars, but would prefer to use this one only. This is similar, and essentially amounts to the idea someone else mentioned in which one could "add notes" for specific days.
