Once a request date has passed, please remove the request from all inboxes (i.e. it should expire).
I am getting emails about requests being declined by other users for dates that passed several months ago. The request should have an expiration date, and be automatically removed from all user inboxes if the request date has passed.

Add a comment field to the calendar view to show holidays, meetings etc.
Perhaps add the ability to add a dummy shift that has an editable comment field that shows on the printed and displayed calendar

Make a filter to show people who are available to trade with my specific shift
If I have a specific shift I am trying to trade away. It would be nice to see a short list of only those people who are available to make a trade into that shift. Then I can send focused emails, which are much more effective than broadcast emails.

Add month to Intrigma.com calendar request page
Add the month to each day (i.e. May 5, May 6 rather than just 5, 6) to EACH day on the calendar request page. We do our schedule 3 months at a time and docs are requesting days in the wrong months because the month only shows on the first day of the month.

Improve daily calendar and paging view
The color that is used to highlight who is working is very faint and hard to see depending on browser and computer. And in some cases, the color overlying the docs who are working actually dithers them making it look like they are unavailable and paradoxically highlights in white the docs who aren’t working and makes it look like that person is on rather than off. Is there another way to either better delineate the workers from those off. Perhaps dimming out the docs who are off or bolding the docs who are on? Or adding a legend to the…

Seeing number of holes in schedule
HI, I was wondering if anyone is interested in seeing a "total" number of holes in the schedule after it is generated? Currently, you have to count them up yourself.
5 votesThanks for the suggestion. We’ll consider it for a future release of Intrigma Scheduler. You can see a list of all of the holes in the violation list, but the list does not include a total for those.

Color coding
Can color coding be added? A large number of shifts can look congested and this would alleviate some eye strain.
11 votesHistorically, in our experience, this has been a polarizing feature request: some like it, and others think it make the schedule view too busy (a “color circus”, as one user put it). We’re certainly willing to entertain it if there is enough interest in it.

Allow option to automatically populate schedule with randomized assignments based on availability.

Change log
For admin use. I looked around and don't see a change log in the admin interface. It would be very useful to see changes made to a schedule that has been published and who executed the change.

Signing up
When staff signs up their requests should automatically show up on calendar in a different color. Once approve color would change. Extremely helpful for self scheduling.

Write in the actual Month name at least on the 1st day on the 4 week cycle, then also on the first of the new month within the cycle.
Just saw some other people are also suggesting something similar. It is fine that the cycle is written on the top, but when one looks at the "calendar," all the dates flow into one another and look the same. Not surprised people get confused and can make mistakes.

helpful if old settled trades can be reviewed
I am not sure why my old paper schedule shows me on the morning shift, but online i am on the afternoon. I think there was a trade, but cannot remember, and am a little panicked......

have alert stating whether requests are approved or denied
Allow requester to receive alert if time off/shift to work is approved or denied by the scheduler
