Create the ability to submit all of our requests in a csv file or excel file. This will facilitate submitting requests for the entire month.
Allow upload of a spreadsheet file compatible with your software. Perhaps create a spreadsheet that can be downloaded, filled in, and uploaded. I have a spreadsheet to keep track of my daily admin duties and wandering emergency department schedule. Doing this one day at a time is painful when each month is nearly identical and can be adjusted with cut and paste ease on a spreadsheet.

Click and Drag for multiple shifts
Our "shifts" are 2 week blocks. Create an option to click and drag to select multiple days to assign and individual.

"shift up for grabs" when reuesting a change
an easy way to tell if the shift is just "up for grabs" or the person REALLY needs the day off.

Have the option to input your personal preferences
input your preference into how many consecutive days, swing, night on and minimum days off in between shifts. Also to input target hours per quarter.

Have a way for "SOFT" requests off to appear different on the request calander then "HARD" requests
For a scheduler is seems that all you can do is approve or deny a request--no way to easily consider how badly that person needs the day off when making the schedule

Too cumbersome to log in every time I need to glance @ sked. Need a single click quick view on android.

how to track one's schedule for years ahead if one is on a set schedule. example 3 on 3 off. Would be helpful to know.
if I enter my current schedule 3 on and 3 off and march it out for 1,2,3 yrs so I can see what holidays I am working . shift time irrelevant. Is this already available if not can it be made avaialable?

add work address to sites.
Add work address to sites. This way when it shows up on my google calendar, WAZE maps can tell you when to leave and arrive on time for work. It'll help for those who work at multiple locations.

create a "general" option when making requests, since some requests are not day/shift specific. Eg. I want 170 hours overall on June roster!
I have entered in the 3 days I cannot work and request the day off. I have entered the specific Monday and Thursday shifts I DESIRE. Aside from that, I will work whenever I am placed on shifts in the remaining days, with a priority of working an overall total of 170 hours at Urgent Care in June. It is too much time and effort to enter a different request for every single day of the month!

Different color for D days
I would like to be able to see D days with a different color than others. It would allow for better planning.

Improve the print output of the calendar
The print function doesn't work well - the end result has tiny, unreadable fonts.

I would like the ability to add and subtract tracker columns. Such as add holidays to weekends etc.
Create new columns in tracker that accept a formula that uses other columns as numbers.
