Delete "this and all following" feature doesn't work too well.
It would be great if the "this and all following" feature, when deleting an entry that’s part of a reoccurring event actually worked. I added a reoccurring request incorrectly, which added it to every day on my calendar. On some days, the request appeared multiple times. The delete “this and all following” button did not work, so I had to go in and delete all the unnecessary entries.

1. Load screen and 2. Date display
- When you load Intrigma after logging in, it would be nice to see the current month of assignments rather than being on the schedule request screen. 2. Night shifts, it would be great to have feature to mark night shifts to NOT cross between two days. (Every night shift shows up over two days on my Apple devices, etc)

Deleting multiple calendar entries
Can we select multiple calendar entries and have the option to delete them at once instead of clicking on them one by one?

Improve timeline view
Add the full date with month and day (i.e. Jun 4, Sat) to the timeline view. We do our schedule 3 months at a time and you can get lost scrolling left and right with only number and day of week listed (i.e. 4 Sat)

Improve daily calendar and paging view-
Add arrows next to the calendar icon for quick toggling forward and backward 1 day at a time.

Custom Date Range for the Tracker?
I love the tracker. I know there is currently not a way to designate a “custom date range” in the tracker. The tracker defaults to Jan-Dec. My group is considering resetting the shift accounting to a July-July year. In addition to shifting the year, this functionality would allow you to balance the schedule for other time periods - quarter, 6-month period, 2 year cycle , etc. I imagine other users would be interested in this functionality.
I know I can use a custom time period as a static report though the website, but I'd really rather have it "live" in…

Free edition: Option to show the total number of shifts (and shifts in various groups) each provider is working
I have 10 consultant I want to see how many total shift they work after I finish the schedule & how many he worked in are 1 and 2
9 votesThanks for the suggestion. We’re always looking to improve the free edition of Intrigma Scheduler and will consider this for a future release.
In the meantime, this functionality is available in both our Standard and Professional editions.

Is there a way to copy hours from other departments?

Thanks for the suggestion. The system does actually have a feature to show the full schedule for one or more people you select, but it doesn’t look like your scheduler has enabled that for your account.

Weekly schedule view
Is it possible to have a weekly view? The monthly view can get congested with a large number of shifts and names. Our group uses a weekly schedule.

Free edition: Extend the request calendar for a year in advance, instead of just 6 months
Why is the request calendar built out to only about 6 months in advance? Why not extend the range for those requests (like a cool vacation) which need to be scheduled well in advance?
2 votesThanks for your feedback. We’ve been carefully considering which limitations would be most appropriate for the free edition since we launched the beta version, and we have decided to expand the storage available for requests and schedules out beyond 6 months.

Free edition: Multiple administrators
Can we make more than one person an administrator. Also, is it possible to restrict some administrators to certain sections (to prevent them screwing with the wrong sections)?
1 voteThe free edition of Intrigma Scheduler is currently limited to one administrator. As it is still in beta, we’re still working on figuring out which limitations are the right ones, so it’s possible we will change or eliminate this restriction in the future. In the meantime: paid versions do support multiple administrators, and some free edition users have worked around the restriction by sharing with multiple people the email address and password for their one administrator account.

Free edition: Assign people to multiple days at once
I wish you could put in people for more than one day at a time. Our ER shifts are for a week at a time from Friday to Thursday.

You can trade shifts on the Intrigma Scheduler website by clicking the Assignments tab at the top of the screen and then selecting one of your assignments — choose the “Trade this assignment” option from the menu that appears.
We do have various features in our paid versions that make it easier to assign someone to multiple shifts at once. We’ll consider adding tools like that to our free edition in the future.

Add the "contact people" functionality on the website to the iPhone app
I love this new feature on the website. It lets me get a old of people from the website without having to go into a separate address book app or list. Each doc has multiple emails addresses & telephone numbers, but tends to use his/her "best" one for the schedule. This means that Intrigma often has the most accurate/up-to-date contact info. Right now, the contact info exists in the app, but you have to find the person you want to get a hold of by scrolling through various dates to find their name. Ideally, there would be another tab on…

More flexible recurring request options
make schedule requests more specific. I should be able to request every Wednesday off OR or every 4th tuesday, etc.

Make the home page login fields larger
when entering login info on the iphone hitting the right spaces on the data entry fields in a small screen is difficult, espicially since I'm often doing this while walking. I'd suggest making these fields (and the login button) larger

Schedule grid view: keep the row and column headers on the screen when scrolling
This will make it easier to navigate large grids, especially on smaller screens.
